National Storage is a $10 million-dollar design and construct contract to deliver the new integrated self-storage facility in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast. The project involved the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new five storey building. First Line Engineering Pty Ltd were appointed the Structural Steel Package for this commercial build which involved all the roof and fit-out steel for both Building 1 and 2, approximately 50 tonnes.
