Big Cranes & Road Closures in Brisbane’s CBD!

After months of planning and installation methodology meetings, we in collaboration with Buildcorp executed a complex crane lift operation using a 350t mobile crane and a 5-tonne mini crane for the erection of steel on Level 26. Our team carefully removed the mini crane’s boom and outriggers for safe lifting access to the roof, allowing us to efficiently position a 2.6t spider boom for work up to Level 29. All steel was pre-slung from our manufacturing workshop, delivered ready for liftoff.

Over the course of 34 hours, our joint effort with VAE Group and Borger Cranes resulted in a fantastic outcome, ensuring a smooth transition to the roof. This thorough planning and coordination kept disruptions to a minimum.
