BHC Sutton - Redcliffe

In partnership with Buildcorp, First Line Engineering contributed to the delivery of 82 new social and affordable homes for seniors at Sutton Street, Redcliffe—part of the BHC Redcliffe project.

Our scope included the manufacture and installation of structural steel for the six-storey development. From initial lifts to final connections, our team ensured precise and safe steel erection throughout.

With stunning ocean views and a tight delivery program, this project reflects our capability to deliver complex, community-focused infrastructure in collaboration with leading builders.
